ENERGY SAVING
- Project energy calculations for new buildings and renovations and/or energy redevelopment;
- Calculation and drafting of Energy Performance Certificates (A.P.E.) for all uses envisaged by current legislation such as sales and leases;
- Project calculations to be produced to the Municipalities during the issuing of building permits (pursuant to Law 10/91 and subsequent amendments);
- Advice to companies, designers and clients in the execution phase for the verification of the correct execution of the insulating stratigraphies
- Calcoli energetici di progetto per nuove costruzioni e ristrutturazioni e/o riqualificazione energetica;
- Calcolo e stesura di Attestati di Prestazione Energetica (A.P.E.) per tutti gli usi previsti dalla legislazione vigente come compravendite e locazioni;
- Calcoli di progetto da produrre ai Comuni in fase di rilascio di autorizzazioni edilizie (ex Legge 10/91 e successive modifiche);
- Consulenze a ditte, progettisti e committenti in fase esecutiva per la verifica della corretta esecuzione delle stratigrafie isolanti
