For this new construction for holiday home use, we coordinated the construction site and carried out the construction phase and construction supervision. An important commitment for an unusual building.
The building looks like a concrete and glass monolith resting on the ground. A cantilevered part overlooks the swimming pool, which is also entirely in waterproof concrete.
The geometric surfaces, partly in smooth concrete, others in raw concrete, define this decidedly particular and fascinating construction.

Per questa nuova costruzione ad uso casa vacanza, si è coordinato il cantiere ed eseguita la fase realizzativa e la direzione lavori. Un impegno importante per un fabbricato insolito.
La costruzione sembra un monolite di calcestruzzo e vetro poggiato sul terreno. Una parte a sbalzo sovrasta la piscina, anch'essa interamente in calcestruzzo impermeabile.
Le superfici geometriche, parte in calcestruzzo liscio, altre in calcestruzzo grezzo, definiscono questa costruzione decisamente particolare e affascinante.
